"Needs a rewrite?"

This article was already marked as a stub. The limited detail here was (to the best of my knowledge and memory, anyway) accurate, and there are even a couple of citations. So does the {{rewrite}} tag add more urgency than the original stub tag? Anyway, User:RandomHumanoid, since you added the tag, how about some discussion here about what is needed?
